MEET YOUR COACH

Hi, I’m Jacynthe, a certified nutrition coach living north of Montreal, Quebec – in the beautiful Laurentians. After losing 32 lbs by changing my lifestyle habits, I strongly believe that achieving functional health is possible through behavior change techniques.

I don’t believe in calorie counting and restrictive diets. I actually find that they work for very few people and usually end up getting the opposite results. Instead, I prefer to work with my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and rewarding.

Together we’ll work on developing new habits to help you achieve your health goals, whether it be to lose weight, reduce food cravings, or increase your energy.
